Eddie and Jenny both live in Hong Kong but decided on Cape Town for their destination wedding. Their choice of venue was the magnificent Twelve Apostles Hotel nestled on the beautiful Atlantic Seaboard side of the city.

The venue was superb and the choice of an outdoor ceremony added immensely to the beauty of the occasion. The setting of the outdoor area was perfect with towering mountains on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other. The threat of rain had a few people scampering around but it played its part and stayed away. Jenny the bride was simply stunning in her long flowing dress and I enjoyed photographing her especially at the quick photo shoot we did just a few meters away from the hotel at a place called Cosy Beach that I had never seen before. It was a superb location and very secluded.

The happy and fun filled reception took place under a superbly decorated bedouin tent  ideally suited for a wedding of this size. Everyone took part somehow in the formal proceedings and the atmosphere was relaxed and playful.

It was an absolute pleasure photographing this wonderful couple from Hong Kong and I wish them all the very best.
